Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and a passion for generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Generate leads and explore project opportunities on Upwork, Linkedin and similar freelance platforms. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos with prospects. Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans. Prepare and deliver pitches and proposals to clients. Maintain records of sales and client interactions using CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/ Master degree in Business, Marketing, Tech or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the [IT/Software/SaaS/Service] industry). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
