Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

inquiries and leads from walk-ins, online portals, references, and marketing campaigns

client meetings

product demonstrations

tailored modular kitchen proposals and quotations

site visits

Negotiate prices, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection as per terms.

Maintain CRM/database with updated client information, sales pipeline, and follow-up records.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven B2C sales experience (preferably in modular kitchens, interior design, or related segments).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to understand client needs and provide effective design-based solutions.

Familiarity with basic design tools or drawings is an added advantage.

CRM and reporting proficiency.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (preferred: Interior Design / Architecture / Business Management).
