We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for driving business growth, and a proven track record in prospecting for new business opportunities. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in communicating about technical products, and is committed to advancing their career in sales. Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities to fuel Testpress's sales pipeline. Create and prioritize strategic target account list. Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling and LinkedIn Inmails. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Approach potential leads for booking sales meeting appointments. Understand customer requirements and craft your pitch accordingly. Schedule meetings with potential clients as part of the pre-sales process. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Share reports on pre-sales activities. Act on the leads that are generated already. Requirements: At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the SaaS space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy). Excellent communication skills in Business English. The ability to converse in an additional language will be an advantage. Efficient convincing skills and an engaging conversationalist. Strong desire to convert leads into customers and take initiative when needed. High energy and a positive attitude. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Passion for technology and the willingness to learn and grow. Interest in pre-sales of software products.
