Job Description: RSL Awards India is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to grow our presence across North and East India. This role focuses on expanding sales of our music and performing arts qualifications by building strong relationships with schools, academies, and teachers. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and grow the partner network in assigned regions Identify and convert new business leads Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Promote RSL exams and products through meetings, calls, and school visits Conduct presentations and training sessions for potential partners Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support Travel extensively across the region for business development Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Experience in education or music industry is an advantage Willingness to travel across North and East India
