Additionally, as a Developer Liaison, you will represent Salemax Plus to developers and confidently present onboarding and proposal strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields, along with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong market research and analysis skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a natural talent for building relationships are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
