Job Description

As a Key Accounts Manager at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your primary focus will be to understand the needs and objectives of these clients and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their goals. Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development will be essential to ensure alignment with clients" requirements. You will proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to key clients and prepare and deliver presentations and proposals showcasing the value of our offerings. Negotiating contracts and agreements with key accounts will be a crucial aspect of your role, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Monitoring key account performance, identifying areas for improvement or growth, and addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities will be important to identify potential opportunities or threats. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on key account performance and initiatives will also be a key part of your role.
