Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the Middle East (MENA) region. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in IT sales, IT services, and staff augmentation, with a strong network across key markets in the region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored IT solutions and staffing services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT sales, IT services, and staff augmentation across the MENA region. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target industries such as banking, telecom, oil & gas, government, and enterprises. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique requirements of the MENA market. Collaborate closely with delivery, recruitment, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality IT solutions and skilled staffing. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to maximize company profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships. Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reports to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. 3+ years of successful business development experience in IT sales, IT services, or staff augmentation. Strong knowledge of the IT landscape, including software development, infrastructure services, cloud solutions, and staffing models. Proven track record in the MENA region with an established network and understanding of cultural and business practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage.
