Role & responsibilities As an RPA Developer, your responsibilities include: Coding and configuring automation processes based on low-level design (LLD) or solution design documents (SDD). Validating automations through unit testing and maintaining configuration control. Estimating work, planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring project quality. Acting as a bridge between clients, technology, and design teams. Typical Day at Work: Setting up the RPA development environment (software, related technologies). Assessing automation opportunities and recommending optimal solutions. Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA bots. Documenting business processes and participating in meetings/workshops. Creating and documenting test procedures and UAT scenarios. Managing bot migration across development, test, and production. Resolving day-to-day issues related to automation processes. Preferred candidate profile Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent. 3 to 6 years of experience with Automation Anywhere Enterprise RPA. Automation Anywhere Advanced or Master Developer Certificate (mandatory). At least 3 years of development experience in Automation Anywhere V11 or V360. Strong understanding of AA components (RPA Workspace, IQBot, AARI). Experience in .NET or Python, scripting (Python, VBScript, Shell Script, PowerShell). SQL database experience and writing/modifying queries. Creating Excel macros. AARI implementation and configuration. Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies. Analytical thinking, ability to adapt and work independently. Energetic, self-motivated, team player with sound decision-making. Strong communication skills.
