Present and demonstrate services to potential clients. Monitor market trends Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Required Skills Ability to work in region specific time zone Must be from Engineering Services/Outsourcing firm Should have experience with USA and Canada region. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software
