About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Make cold calls to potential clients from sources such as company website inquiries, industry referrals, and conferences 2. Qualify leads, schedule follow-up meetings with decision-makers, and maintain detailed outreach logs 3. Manage end-to-end vendor registration processes with both domestic and international Oil & Gas clients 4. Track vendor registration statuses and ensure timely updates and renewals 5. Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote services 6. Create customized marketing materials, including mailers, brochures, and proposals for domestic and international clients 7. Conduct direct outreach to target accounts using personalized communication strategies 8. Manage LinkedIn campaigns to engage industry professionals and enhance brand visibility 9. Support website content updates, landing page optimization, and implement basic SEO practices 10.
