Business Development Executive

Eclick Softwares and Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, generating leads, holding client meetings, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating deals to expand the company's customer base and market presence. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales. The salary range for this position is between 15,000 to 30,000, and the location is in Kolkata/Onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos. - Tailor solutions to meet customer needs effectively. - Close deals through contract negotiation to meet sales targets. - Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop aligned business strategies. - Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional networks. - Provide insights on customer trends, market conditions, and competitive analysis. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
