Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive with a proven track record in domestic marketing and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to identify new market opportunities, and the drive to expand our global footprint.


  • Responsible for developing new customers and strengthening the client base.
  • Must be capable of achieving sales targets and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
  • Demonstrated track record of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage distribution networks effectively.
  • Conduct market research and drive business expansion or collaboration opportunities in coordination with senior management.
  • Prepare and present effective sales presentations and strategic action plans for potential clients.
  • Generate and maintain monthly MIS reports to track performance.
  • Liaise with the technical services team and factory for new product development and gather market feedback.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring protection of business-sensitive information.
  • Be flexible and willing to undertake additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by the management.
  • The listed responsibilities provide an overview of the role; however, the candidate is expected to support cross-functional needs in the best interest of Vipul Organics Ltd. (VOL Group), regardless of department or designation.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Education:

    Science Graduate (B.Sc./B. Tech preferred); MBA or Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Should be

    computer/tech savvy

    , with proficiency in MS Office and business tools.
  • Female candidates are preferred

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aggressive and target-driven with a passion for domestic & international sales.
  • A team player with a customer-centric approach.
  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in

    International Marketing & BD

    , preferably in the chemical, pigment, or related industry.
  • Candidates with a background in

    Science

    or

    Engineering

    are preferred.
  • Experience in handling

    international markets

    is required.
  • Willingness to

    travel across PAN India

    for client meetings, lead generation and business development.
