Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Present and promote SAP training solutions to potential customers (individuals and corporate clients).

  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls or demos to understand client needs and pitch appropriate training plans.

  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and client data.

  • Coordinate with marketing to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.

  • Follow up consistently with interested leads to drive conversions.

  • Share daily/weekly reports on lead progress, outreach performance, and client feedback.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or service-based domains.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp/Telegram group posting, and lead nurturing.

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized with good follow-up discipline
