Job Description

As a Business Development Associate at Woro, you will own the sales funnel, from lead qualification to demo to closing. You ll be responsible for driving conversations, identifying pain points, customizing pitches, and working directly with the founders, marketing, and product teams to hit revenue goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Schedule demos, present solutions, and handle objections professionally Maintain and update lead pipelines, CRM systems, and follow-up calendars.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure proposal accuracy
  • Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Build strong relationships with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and commercial quotations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication (English verbal + written)
  • Strong sense of follow-up, CRM hygiene, and pipeline discipline
  • High confidence in pitching new products and closing over Zoom/WhatsApp
