Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and business opportunities via platforms like IndiaMART, referrals, and cold calling.
• Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and convert them into potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions or products.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with IndiaMART: Comfortable navigating, using, and generating leads through IndiaMART supplier interface.
• B2B Sales Expertise: Prior experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Emailing, and CRM tools.
• Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills: Confidently present products/services to clients and handle objections effectively.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
• Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi/local language.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
