Business Clients Area Advisor, AS

As a Business Clients Area Advisor at Deutsche Bank, your main responsibility will be to assist the Head RM in executing successful micro-events for the acquisition of new Corporate Salary Account clients. You will be expected to acquire new accounts from group companies and referrals from existing customers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent growth of the Savings portfolio and establishing synergies for maximum penetration of Investment & Insurance sales to new customers. Your key responsibilities will also include building and deepening relationships with clients, ensuring top-class service delivery, monitoring high net worth accounts closely, and working towards reactivating accounts that have stopped transacting. It will be essential for you to implement customer contact programs to increase the customer's share of wallet with the bank and monitor the average revenue per customer closely. Risk management and governance will be another crucial aspect of your role, where you will be required to ensure adherence to various compliance norms of the bank, including the Know Your Customer policy, Anti Money Laundering Policy, and Information Protection Policy. You will also need to report any suspicious transactions to the Area Manager promptly and promote the use of alternate channels. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience in Private Banking as a Corporate Salary Account Relationship Manager. You must be comfortable with sourcing business through open market channels and possess excellent communication skills in English. Additionally, being well-groomed will be an added advantage.
