Business Analyst

• Requirements Gathering:

• Documentation

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes.

• Project Management:

• Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.

• Testing and Validation:

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop test plans and validate that solutions meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
