Business Analyst (Pre-Sales)

As an experienced Business Analyst (Pre Sales) at RG Infotech, your primary responsibility will be Client & Business Development. You should possess good knowledge of online bidding on portals such as Freelancer and Upwork. Your role will involve interfacing with technical teams, writing and reviewing business processes, functional design, and collaborating with development teams. It is essential to have a strong working knowledge of SRS and other documentation. Your analytical skills will be crucial in asking the right questions, gathering requirements effectively, and working under pressure to deliver results. You must be a result-driven individual with the ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and excel in proposal making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within the team. In this role, you will conduct feasibility analysis, scope projects, and collaborate with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities. You will be responsible for creating detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translating it into functional specifications. Additionally, you will provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and interpreting data. Collaboration with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions will be a key aspect of your job. You will also be expected to meet and exceed targets related to revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and overall company growth.
