Job Description

You will be responsible for bringing a good understanding of the Lending domain, having worked in a similar capacity earlier. Your role will involve interacting with business users and the technical team to understand functional requirements. Furthermore, you will lead engagements with business users to define scope, understand business processes, problem statements, and pain areas. It will be your responsibility to identify key stakeholders, conduct stakeholder analysis, and support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches. In this position, you will lead client requirement workshops, identify gaps, and propose high-level solutions for their resolution. You will be actively involved in the process until sign-off is obtained from the client. Your tasks will include analyzing client business requirements, preparing business process documents like BRDs, User Stories, Discussion Logs, and Workflows. You will guide the business analysts in solution design with the Design and Development team to ensure requirements are duly addressed. Your role will also involve making appropriate recommendations to positively impact operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and provide a better customer experience. You will conduct relevant research to enhance understanding and develop comprehensive solutions. Additionally, you will participate in final User Acceptance Testing for all major developments in the domain and assist in producing various collaterals such as User Guides, SOP Documents, and process flows. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background with 5-8 years of experience in the Lending domain, possessing a good understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle, LOS & LMS, servicing, and delinquency handling. You must demonstrate design thinking, have the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate clearly, conduct requirements workshops, and drive decision-making. Experience in documenting business cases, business process modeling, and requirement elicitation through workshops is essential. Additionally, you should be able to manage projects from inception through design to delivery, have an IT background with a solid grounding in technology, and experience working in both Agile and waterfall SDLCs. Communication, group dynamics, collaboration, and continuous improvement should be core to your practice. Being proactive, a quick learner, and having the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and multi-national teams are crucial. A positive attitude and the ability to engage with different stakeholders while managing scope and expectations skilfully are also essential for success in this role.,
