Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement,
and developing and implementing solutions.

2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

3. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

4. Performing requirements analysis and documentation.

5. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

6. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management.

7. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful
reports.

8. Working closely with clients, technical team, and managerial staff.

9. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

10. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

11. Performing user acceptance testing.

12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management 13.
regarding the implementation of changes.

14. Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes.

15. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

16. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

17. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Managing competing resources and priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. A bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.

2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field.

3. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

4. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable
solutions.

5. Advanced technical skills.

6. Excellent documentation skills.

7. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

8. Competency in applications including Word, Excel, and emails.

9. A track record of following through on commitments.

10. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
