Content Writer

Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating compelling content across various formats and channels that supports brand messaging, product education, and customer engagement. A key part of this role includes owning and managing the Product Knowledge Base (KB) to ensure customers and teams have access to up-to-date and easy-to-understand product documentation. Key Responsibilities Create and manage a wide range of content, including: Website and landing page copy Blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, and case studies Email campaigns, newsletters, and ad copy Video scripts, product explainers, and webinars Research and simplify complex product features and industry concepts into digestible, value-driven content Own and manage the Knowledge Base (KB) : Write, update, and organize product documentation and how-to articles Collaborate with product and support teams to keep KB content current with product updates Ensure KB content is searchable, user-friendly, and aligned with brand tone Optimize content for SEO and user engagement Maintain content calendars and contribute to campaign planning Ensure consistency in style, tone, and voice across all content pieces Requirements 25 years of content writing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or CRM domain Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong understanding of digital content best practices and SEO Proven experience in managing and maintaining a product Knowledge Base Ability to grasp complex software functionalities and translate them into clear content Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Confluence, Notion, WordPress, or Zendesk Guide Prior exposure to InsurTech, CRM, or insurance domain is a plus
