This role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies or gaps, and working with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions. The analyst will also play a key role in documenting processes, gathering requirements for system or workflow changes, and ensuring that improvements align with business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, understands core business functions, and is comfortable collaborating across departments to drive process enhancements. Experience with process modeling, data interpretation, and change management is essential.
