Business Analyst ERP Systems

As a Business Analyst specializing in ERP systems, you will be a vital member of our team, contributing to the successful implementation, optimization, and support of ERP systems. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with business stakeholders, ensuring that the ERP system aligns with business requirements and enhances operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include gathering and defining detailed requirements for ERP implementations, analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending suitable solutions. You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and implementing ERP systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs. In addition to supporting system testing and deployment, you will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the ERP system. Your role will involve developing user manuals, system documentation, and training materials, as well as conducting training sessions for end-users to maximize their proficiency in using the ERP system effectively. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining reports within the ERP system, providing valuable data insights for key business decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including management, end-users, and third-party vendors, will be crucial to ensuring the successful delivery of ERP projects. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Preferred qualifications include an Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), experience with agile methodologies, knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools, and the ability to lead workshops and facilitate group discussions.
