Role & responsibilities Stakeholder Management: Working closely with the promoter to drive new business execution. Work in startup mode by managing a small team to drive results Manage & maintain effective dialogue between teams/leads to achieve milestones in time Project Management: Facilitating regular check-ins, tracking progress through KPls, and implementing frameworks to align timelines and milestones for high-quality project outcomes Ownership of business process analysis, process and system strategy definition, requirement documentation, and execution planning Strategic Planning: Facilitating regular check-ins, tracking progress through KPls, and implementing frameworks to align timelines and milestones for high-quality project outcomes Ownership of business process analysis, process and system strategy definition, requirement documentation, and execution planning Industry Experience: Experience in program management role Relevant roles: Consultant, Associate, Jr. Program Manager 2+ years experience in a Big 4/Similar management consultancy roles Experience in pharma and healthcare related fields is a plus Skills, Abilities & Know-how Generalist Profile Ability to drive varied modules & ramp-up quickly Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Project Management: Experience of project management in cross functional environment with multiple dependencies Knowledge of the pharma industry, particularly in Trade generics. Strong Track record in executing roadmaps and project to SUccesS Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
