Position Overview:

  • Vidarbha Infotech is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Algorithm Sales Manager to drive sales efforts related to our business algorithm solutions.
  • This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of business operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and presenting tailored algorithm-based solutions that enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients for business algorithm products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their business needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of our algorithm-based solutions to potential clients.
  • Customize sales pitches and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to align the solutions with client specifications.
  • Track sales performance, create reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, technological advancements, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign strategies and sales collateral.
  • Represent Vidarbha Infotech at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in business solutions, technology, or algorithm-related products.
  • Proven experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of business algorithms and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data-driven technologies.
  • Familiarity with the IT or technology sector and its business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
