Position Overview: Vidarbha Infotech is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Algorithm Sales Manager to drive sales efforts related to our business algorithm solutions. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and presenting tailored algorithm-based solutions that enhance client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target prospective clients for business algorithm products and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their business needs and challenges. Present and demonstrate the benefits of our algorithm-based solutions to potential clients. Customize sales pitches and solutions based on client requirements. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives. Collaborate closely with the product development team to align the solutions with client specifications. Track sales performance, create reports, and provide regular updates to senior management. Stay updated on market trends, technological advancements, and competitor strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign strategies and sales collateral. Represent Vidarbha Infotech at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in business solutions, technology, or algorithm-related products. Proven experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of business algorithms and their applications in various industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar field. Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data-driven technologies. Familiarity with the IT or technology sector and its business needs.
