About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Business Development Executive with 34 years of experience in IT

services and staff augmentation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients,

understanding their technical resource requirements, pitching available bench resources (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.),

and successfully closing staffing deals. This is a consultative sales role that involves connecting with clients who are hiring

remote developers across all tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients who need remote IT professionals across various technologies.
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific technical requirements, team structures, timelines, and hiring

models.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations and set up meetings.
  • Pitch and present available bench resources (Developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, etc.) based on client needs.
  • Act as a consultant, aligning our resources with the exact skills and experience the client is seeking.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; follow up diligently to convert leads into business.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure accurate resource mapping and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and sales conversions using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 34 years of experience in IT B2B sales or staff augmentation.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT project requirements (React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, QA,

DevOps, etc.).

  • Excellent ability to gather and understand client requirements and suggest the right-fit resources.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and outreach platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling remote developer services or contract staffing to US, UK, or Indian clients.
  • An existing network of hiring managers or IT decision-makers is a big plus.
