Job Title: Lead Developer Oracle MDM Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 6+ Years Budget: Up to 16 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (Mandatory) PF Compliance: Mandatory Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) , particularly in Customer Data Hub (CDH) . The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL and PL/SQL development, with a deep understanding of Oracle Applications and data quality frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Lead MDM initiatives and manage technical delivery in Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts Ensure data quality through DQM (Data Quality Management) tools and processes Work with Oracle Applications R12 suite and Trading Community Architecture (TCA) Utilize Oracle Standard APIs to integrate and manage customer data Conduct performance tuning and debugging of SQL queries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow and quality Must-Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL Expertise in Oracle MDM, specifically Customer Data Hub (CDH) Deep understanding of Data Quality Management (DQM) Experience with Oracle Applications R12 suite Familiarity with Trading Community Architecture (TCA) Experience with Oracle Standard APIs Strong query writing and performance tuning skills Good-to-Have Skills: Exposure to Salesforce Experience with Snowflake Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Domain Knowledge Required: ERP Systems
