Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager

As a Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager at our company, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue through securing brand sponsorships and collaborations. You should bring in your experience in sales, marketing, and business development, along with a deep understanding of digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to identify and connect with potential sponsors and partners, create compelling sponsorship decks and presentations, negotiate and close deals by pitching sponsorship packages, and ensure successful campaign execution to deliver promised visibility to brands. Additionally, you will be required to track the effectiveness of sponsorships and provide ROI reports, maintain long-term partnerships with sponsors by upselling future opportunities, and possess the ability to work with leading brands in a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, familiarity with CRM tools and email outreach, and the ability to create persuasive pitch decks and proposals.
