Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identification

Shortlist and reach out to wellness brands aligned with Swasths medically-influenced positioning.
Focus on pre-approved categories such as nutrition, preventive care, recovery, and wellness essentials.

Commercials & Onboarding

2. Ensure brands understand platform SOPs.

Brand Relationship Management

2. Ensure brands maintain catalogue quality and fulfil orders as per agreed SLAs.

Preferred candidate profile

5 years
of experience in account management, category, or partnerships in ecommerce or D2C (e.g., Nykaa, HealthKart, 1mg, Flipkart Seller Hub).
Good understanding of wellness and lifestyle product brands in India.
Strong interpersonal skills for brand communication and issue handling.
Experience using tools like Excel/Sheets and basic knowledge of ecommerce operations.
