Brand Manager Job (Remote)

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee all social media client projects from onboarding through execution. 2. Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. 3. Ensure social media calendars are consistently updated, reviewed, and approved on schedule. 4. Maintain a high-level view of all ongoing social media and branding initiatives. 5. Support and manage social media managers to ensure effective task execution. 6. Serve as the primary liaison between founders and the social media team. 7. Conduct weekly internal check-ins to clarify tasks and align team goals. 8. Identify and address project bottlenecks, streamlining team communication. 9. Review and approve content drafts, calendars, and deliverables before client submission. 10. Provide feedback that balances creativity with alignment to the client's brief. 11. Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all content. 12. Lead or participate in weekly/bi-weekly client calls and share actionable meeting notes. 13. Ensure prompt and clear communication in response to client feedback and queries. 14. Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and exceed delivery expectations. 15. Optimize and maintain Notion boards, trackers, and content pipeline tools. 16. Uphold and enhance standard operating procedures for team efficiency. 17. Promote best practices for task planning, prioritization, and accountability.
