Brand & Design Coordinator

Job Overview We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead and coordinate various marketing and design functions, including vendor management, branding, digital content, and packaging. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering compelling brand experiences across physical and digital touch points. Key Responsibilities Creative & Branding Design logos, packaging, and marketing collaterals (stickers, boxes, brochures, etc.). Develop and maintain brand identity and visual brand guidelines. Create corporate presentations, event plans, and exhibition stand designs. Vendor & Production Management Manage vendors related to printing, packaging, stickers, and boxes. Coordinate with external partners for quality production and timely delivery. Source new vendors as required and ensure cost-effective procurement. Digital Presence & Web Oversee website maintenance, updates, hosting, and performance. Coordinate with developers/designers to ensure a seamless online user experience and brand consistency. Lead the design and visual strategy for the company website.
