Role & responsibilities 40% Events & On-Ground Activations Plan and execute partner onboarding events, expos, and branding activations. Represent Vyapar on-ground by hosting, anchoring, or facilitating events. Drive logistics, vendor coordination, and branding execution. 30% Partner Marketing & Relationship Building Design campaigns to attract and onboard new partners (CAs, consultants, freelancers). Collaborate with internal teams to create toolkits, onboarding material, and localized promotions. Own the experience of partner journey end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction and performance. 30% Social Media & Content Leadership (All related to Partnerships) Build Vyapar’s Partner Program awareness across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Write and ideate content for reels, testimonials, product explainers, and event highlights. Collaborate with design/video team to script and shoot content. Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 2-5 Years of Experience in ATL and BTL Strong experience in branding, events, or partner marketing Fluent in Hindi & English; confident on camera and during live events Self-starter with a high sense of ownership Experience in marketing such programs Strong skills for social content and campaigns
