SummaryThe Senior Designer is responsible for developing visually compelling and effective designs for marketing campaigns. With 7-10 years of experience, this role requires a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, as well as the ability to design for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social. The Senior Designer will work closely with account, strategy, and creative teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
In this role, the Senior Designer will be responsible for developing designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and within budget. Strong design and communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting designs to clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality designs that drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own creative work conceptualizing, developing, and driving innovative design solutions that build strong brands and achieve business results with minimal oversight.
  • Develop high-quality, visually compelling designs across various media, including print, digital, social, and motion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (account, strategy, and creative) to develop integrated marketing solutions that align with client goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating creative rationale effectively.
  • Oversee all facets of design production and post-production, ensuring executional excellence from concept to final delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, including AI and Gen AI-driven tools, and apply them to enhance creative output.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure alignment with marketing strategy, making data-informed design decisions to optimize engagement and impact.
  • Uphold content and design excellence, adhering to relevant style guides, legal standards, and UI/UX best practices.

  • Professional & Technical
    Skills:
  • 7-10 years of experience in branding, creative design, or advertising, preferably in a consulting firm, advertising agency, or leading MNC.
  • Bachelors degree in design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, digital campaigns, and multi-platform design execution.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and interactive design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI and Gen AI tools to enhance content creation and design automation.
  • Deep understanding of branding, creative strategy, and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple industries, handling senior-level client relationships, and managing complex projects.
