Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash management, credit, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Proficient in using technology and software applications to manage customer data and transactions. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
