Role and Responsibility :

• Achieve Business Targets:

Ensure all business goals are fully met by driving performance and commitment across all teams.

• Improve Monthly Business Output:

Consistently increase business growth by enhancing productivity across all departments.

• Monitor Departmental Deliverables:

Track and ensure the timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks from every team.

• Strengthen Output Strategies:

Maintain proven operational strategies while introducing new methods to improve efficiency and results.

• Uphold Organizational Reputation:

Promote a positive brand image among employees and clients by encouraging professionalism and quality.

• Enforce Admin Policies:

Ensure all team members understand and follow the organization’s administrative rules and practices.

• Foster a Productive Work Culture:

Create a dynamic, motivated environment that ensures maximum utilization of manpower for desired output.

• Plan and Execute Company Events:

Take charge of organizing internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement programs.

• Manage Client and Public Interactions:

Maintain strong communication with clients and visitors to uphold professional relationships.

• Oversee Operations Across Departments:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
