Qualification: - Post Graduation with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Graduation with a minimum of 5 years of experience Salary: - Fixed CTC up to 6 Lac - Variable up to 8 Monthly CTC Designation: Branch Manager - Investment (Manager & Senior Assistant Manager, Sales) Primary Role: The Branch Manager will have the overall responsibility for business development of Financial Products Distribution in the specified location. Key responsibilities include: - Supervising and managing branch staff, providing coaching, development, and discipline to achieve sales targets and ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures. - Training the team on product knowledge, system usage, and guiding them towards meeting business objectives. - Assisting the team in designing and implementing business plans, ensuring branch compliance with policies and processes. - Conducting regular performance reviews of employees, evaluating their progress, and providing guidance to help them achieve set goals. The primary focus will be on products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, LAS, bonds, etc., and achieving business targets related to recruitment of Financial Products Distributors, and product sales.
