THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT SELLING/MULTI LEVEL MARKETING INDUSTRY- FLUENT IN MANAGEMENT, FINANCE AND SALES. MULTI LANGUAGE PREFERRED GOOD STRONGHOLD IN NORTH EAST STATES. * Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch targets ** He/She is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the branch's operations, including sales, marketing, and team management. **driving sales growth, recruiting new leaders & distributors and training , motivating them and ensuring the branch meets its business objectives. **Promoting the company and its products through various marketing activities. **Conducting regular sales and training , distributors orientation programs. **Providing regular reports to headquarters on branch performance. ** In essence, the Branch Manager acts as a leader, motivator, and operational manager, responsible for the overall success of the branch within the MLM structure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
