Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our operations in the animal health and nutrition sector. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in sales and team management, particularly in cattle/poultry feed, AI solutions, or veterinary products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall branch operations including sales, distribution, collections, and customer service
• Drive revenue through effective promotion and sales of animal-related products and services
• Appoint, train, and manage a high-performing sales and support team
• Build strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, veterinarians, and agro-dealers
• Expand and strengthen the dealer/distributor network and ensure timely product availability
• Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activity and capture growth opportunities
• Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports
• Manage stock, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain branch discipline
• Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning and execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and branch management, preferably in animal feed or agri-inputs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in revenue growth and dealer/channel development
• Willingness to travel and operate in rural/agricultural markets
• Immediate joiners preferred.
