I.Role (BM) Will be in charge of all branch activities. Need to work in tandem with Audiologist. Supervise Front office executive & office assistant in daily operations. Coordinate with all employees and assure smooth functioning of branch. Need to be sales & target oriented. Need to develop strategies to enhance revenues. Report on daily ops to zonal manager on daily basis. Send regular sales/test/Walk-in reports to zonal managers. Attend periodic branch manager's meeting. Maintain updated customer data base. Pass daily walk inn reports to central customer service department and follow up with them for customers feedback and further appointments. Develop sales and expense budget/ targets for the branch operations. Maintain Stock in and Stock out a/c in order, using authorised softwares. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjustments. Keep track of branch inventory and forward surplus inventory to other branches when required. Oversee cash deposit and banking activity. Responsible for cash in office. Maintain & update all Invoice and bills records and forward to central accounts department for auditing purpose. Supervise uses of authorised softwares in office operations and part its training to employees when needed. Keep updated records of commissions/ percentage offer to individuals/parties/organisation. Responsible for the cost effective requisition of supplies &needed equipment. Ensures facility is maintained in a neat and professional manner. Need to supervise maintenance of the Audiology lab and its equipment and maintenance of all electronic equipments in the branch. Solicit feedback from subordinates, peers, and other team members with the goal of operational improvement. Be willing, able, and capable of performing any branch job function as needed Continuously update product & service knowledge. Stay informed and educated as to product inventory and applicability. Maintain positive attitude towards customers and associates by being friendly and courteous. Provide customer assistance as needed.This will include one to one and over the phone, etc. Understand product applications and help customers in their selections & settings. Work in tandem with area sales manager/marketing manager to develop marketing strategies and enhance sales. Understand and inculcate and practice instructions from Head office and zonal manager. II.Skill Set (BM) Strong managerial skills required. Excellent communication skills required. Need to have leadership quality Smooth delegation of work skills is required. Need to be good in coordinating with different branches & departments. Strong Data & A/c management skills are required. Need to have strong customer service and sales skills. Multitasking and time management skills are required. Need to be Result and target oriented. Positive attitude is must.
