Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage credit operations, including loan processing and disbursement.
Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance and compliance.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
