Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Costing & Analysis

Lead and manage the preparation of product cost estimates, BOM costing, and variance analysis.
Ensure accurate standard costing and timely updates based on RM material cost changes.
Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost reduction across product lines.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs and provide actionable insights.

BOM

Collaborate with engineering and procurement to validate BOM structures and cost implications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Provide costing support for new product development and RFQs.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly cost reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Mechanical in Engineering, (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in costing within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of BOM structures, standard costing, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
