Boiler Operator

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of boilers used in manufacturing processes while following food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring: Ensuring the boiler is functioning efficiently by monitoring meters and gauges to maintain fuel, chemical, and water levels

Maintenance: Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of boiler components, such as tubes.

Repair: Performing repairs and replacing parts as needed to pass boiler inspections and ensure safe operation.

Safety: Complying with safety regulations

Fuel delivery: Ensuring the boiler receives the appropriate fuel to keep it working.

Ability to analyze problems/failures and respond to restore/repair and report.

Maintain Daily logs and Equipment Logs

Shall handle annual inspections from Regulatory bodies.

Assist Machinery & Maintenance Manager with other duties.

Essential Qualifications

· First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
