Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage our billing and sales processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in billing software, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Prepare and issue invoices and receipts Manage customer accounts, including payments and credit limits Maintain accurate records and files Provide exceptional customer service Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in billing/cash Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Tally, SAP) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of jewellery industry (desirable) If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, please submit your application.
