The role contributes towards building up a quality portfolio within an area which will contribute to overall bank s MFI bookKey ResponsibilitiesConduct of SAHYOG Application and ProcessRectify Finacle issues related to dedupe and account openingDrive Inedge application and its usages and spread Aawaz de awareness in CGT and GRT processPlan branch level training for FE and RMEnsure achievement of annual budget and maintain portfolio qualityEnsure adherence of laid down process and practicesEnsure manpower productivity of Field Executives and Relationship ManagersEnsure audit and compliance adherenceQualificationsGraduate / Post Graduate / MBAExperience of 3+ Years and Microfinance IndustryRole ProficienciesKnowledge of Core Microfinance Functions and Products.Knowledge of risks involved in dealing FX and derivatives with banks and Financial InstitutionsKnowledge of relevant IT systems including Finacle, HRMS, INedge etcGood communication (both verbal & written) skillsLeadership and Inter-personal skillsAbility to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor othersAbility to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environmentAbility to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goalsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously#ComeAsYouAre "We are dil se open.
