BFSI Recruiter - Remote opportunity

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a skilled and motivated BFSI Recruiter with 13 years of hands-on experience in banking sector hiring . This is a remote opportunity ideal for professionals who have previously worked in recruitment consultancies or staffing firms with exposure to BFSI clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for top BFSI clients. CANDIDATES CURRENTLY WORKING IN CONSULTANCY ONLY APPLY Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI domain roles (retail banking, corporate banking, NBFCs, insurance, etc.). Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring processes. Source relevant profiles using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and referrals. Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future mandates. Ensure timely closures and adherence to client SLAs and recruitment metrics. Maintain good relationships with clients and provide regular hiring status updates. Preferred candidate profile 13 years of experience in BFSI recruitment (banking/NBFCs/insurance hiring is a must). Strong sourcing and screening capabilities. Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage hiring cycles remotely. Comfortable working in a performance-driven, target-based environment.
