Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Female Beauty Advisor role located in Cuttack. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing expert beauty advice, product knowledge, and personalized services to customers. Daily tasks include assisting customers with skin care and make-up routines, recommending products based on individual needs, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience. The role also involves maintaining product displays and staying updated with the latest beauty trends and product launches.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cosmetology and Skin Care
• Strong Product Knowledge and ability to recommend the best products for customers
• Excellent Customer Service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to meet sales targets
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Certification in Cosmetology or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous
