Business Development Specialist (Cosmetology Division) – Job Description Job Location: Amritsar Training Location: Chandigarh Training Duration: 2–3 Months (Unpaid & Flexible) Salary: Starts After Training Completion Job Title: Business Development Specialist – Cosmetology Training Details: Duration: 2 to 3 months Type: Unpaid Mode: In-person training at Chandigarh branch Flexibility: Flexible days allowed (as per candidate availability and company schedule) Purpose: Product knowledge, sales techniques, client consultation skills, service detailing, and field exposure Job Responsibilities: Promote and create awareness about skin & cosmetology treatments and wellness services. Generate leads through field visits, calls, and local networking. Convert leads into consultations and appointments at the Amritsar clinic. Develop partnerships with beauty salons, clinics, and health professionals for referrals. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule treatments and follow up on client satisfaction. Provide daily reports to the manager and contribute to monthly revenue goals. Build strong client relationships and educate them about cosmetology treatments and packages. Candidate Requirements: Graduate or diploma holder in any stream; background in health, wellness, or beauty industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude. Sales-driven and confident in field activity and client interaction. Willing to relocate to Chandigarh temporarily for training and then work full-time in Amritsar. Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 6 days working and 1 day alternate week of monday to friday .
