We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) to manage sales operations for the Central India Zone. This role is based in Palakkad, Kerala, and is ideal for professionals with strong inside sales experience in the crusher, construction equipment, or heavy engineering industry.
Manage inside sales operations for the Central Zone from the Palakkad (Kerala) office.
Lead and supervise a team of 4 inside sales executives.
Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Support in pricing, client coordination, and closing deals.
Maintain CRM data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales Director to align zonal targets and strategies.
Ensure client satisfaction through efficient communication and follow-ups.
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field.
9+ years of inside sales/business development experience.
Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
Strong team handling and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willing to relocate or commute to Palakkad, Kerala (no remote option).
Candidates from Crusher, Construction Equipment, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Equipment sales are highly preferred.
Candidates currently doing field sales for Crusher & Construction Equipment and interested in transitioning to an inside sales role are also welcome to apply.
