We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of IT services like Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Confidence in cold calling and pitching
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
